DEPOSITS’GUARANTEE
- The fund for the guarantee of the deposits in the banking system guarantees the deposits in national and in foreign currency owned by both Moldovan individuals and foreigners in the authorized banks of Moldova, according to the Law Nr. 575-XV since 26.12.2003 regarding the guarantee of the individuals’ deposits in the banking system.

- The deposit guarantee limit (the maximum amount paid to a deponent) – 6,000 MDL, regardless the number of deposits or the currency.
