ON APRIL 18, 2007 CHISINAU WILL HOST BUSINESS FORUM IN EXTENDED FORMAT DEDICATED TO INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES OF MOLDOVA.
It has been said by the Italian Ambassador to Moldova Daniele Mancini in the course of his meeting with the Prime Minister of Moldova Vasile Tarlev. The forum will be organized by the Italian Embassy in Moldova together with the Institute of International Trade of Italy. The Italian diplomat thinks, this forum will create new opportunities for cooperation between Italian and Moldovan entrepreneurs. Mancini appreciates the progress of Moldova in European integration. Also the Ambassador confirmed the support of the Italian government for opening of Unified European Centre of Visa Issuing to Moldovan citizens as well as the strive of Moldova for receiving the Individual Trade preferences of the EC. In 2006 the goods turnover between Moldova and Italy increased by $30 mln as compared to 2005 and made $314 mln.
