IN 2006, VAT TRANSFERS INCREASED AT 524 MLN. LEI OR AT 33,2% AS COMPARED WITH 2005.

This is information of the report of General State tax inspection (GSTI) for 2006. Total growth of VAT transfers in 2006 made up 2,074 billion lei. According to the report, transfers’ increase was made possible due to tax posts’ installation at the enterprises with high risk of tax evasion –restaurants, bars, store-houses and auto-filling stations. In time of tax posts’ activity, double-triple circulation’s growth was registered. VAT in Moldova has the highest share of budget incomes -59,8%, including income tax-12,3%, excises-8,8%, road fund-1,9% and other taxes-17,2%.Budget incomes’ share administrated by GSTI in 2006 made up 35,6%- 9567,8 mln. lei what is 1803,8 mln. lei or 23,2% more than in 2005
