As “InfoMarket” agency was informed in the National Bureau of Statistics export –import covering constituted 39,4% vs. 48,4% in time of 11 months of the last year. In time of 11 months of 2006 Moldavian export constituted $931,9 mln. reducing at 6,4% in comparison with the same period of 2005. Volume of import to Moldova constituted 2366 mln. what is 16,4% more than at the same period of the last year. Reduction of Moldavian import in time 11 months of 2006 was stipulated by reduction of export to USA (-58,8%), Russia (-47,3%) and Italy (-13,8%). At the same time increase of export to the following countries was registered: Romania (+33,8%), Ukraine (+27,1%), Great Britain (at 2,7 times), Poland (+37,9%),Bulgaria (at 1,9 times), France (at 1,5 times) and other countries. In time of the accounting period export to CIS countries constituted $381,9 mln. reducing at 23,5% in comparison with the same period of 2005. Export of Moldavian production to EU countries increased at 11,2% - $319,7 mln. Volume of export to Central and Eastern Europe countries increased at 39,2%-to $152,3 mln. Volume of import to Moldova from the Central and Eastern Europe increased at 31,8%-to $349,5 mln. Import from CIS countries increased at 10,5% -to $892 mln., from EU countries at 10,5%-to $726,1 mln. In time of January-November 2006 deficit of trade balance with CIS countries constituted $510,1 mln., $406,4 mln. with EU countries and $197,2 mln. with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The biggest deficit of trade balance of Moldova was registered with Ukraine (-$340,5 mln.), Russia (-$193,2 mln.),Romania (-$179,7 mln.), Germany (-$124,1mln.), China (-$101,9 mln.) and Turkey (-$75,2 mln.).
