The selection of the winner will be made according to prices, products elaboration terms, payment conditions, the offer guaranty continuance, the possibility of elaboration of almost all bill boarding products indicated in technical specifications (it should be in strictly correspondence with technologies and materials indicated in it) comparison. Especially the offers that contain all necessary information will be analyzed.
